Physical Therapy

While Physical Therapists are without a doubt essential in the sports community, many are not trained in sport-specific rehab or strength and conditioning. Both are vital components of rehabilitating an injured athlete or improving a healthy athlete’s performance. As a former collegiate athlete, I understand this missing component first hand and make this transition seamless to ensure you are stronger, faster, and more resilient when competition begins.

Physical Therapy Services

I have been a physical therapist for over 8 years and have experience in a variety of orthopedic settings. This experience gives me a unique set of skills to specialize in treating active individuals through a variety of injuries, phases of recovery, and skill level. In this 1 on 1 setting I am able to utilize these skills to adequately assess, diagnose, and treat an individual far more effectively than my years spent in the insurance based model!

No matter where you fall in your rehab journey, my goal is to always guide you back to what you feel is 100%.

Return to Sport Testing and Programming
The final phase of physical therapy is arguably the most important. A smooth transition from rehab to your sport or activity is vital to ensure you’re not putting yourself at risk for re-injury as well as to optimize your performance. The goal for my athletes is not to return to sport at your baseline, it’s to return better, faster, and stronger than before!
