Strength and Conditioning is emerging as one of the best ways to improve physical, mental, and emotional health as well as improve performance. All of my training programs are built around enhancing your output as well as injury prevention. Whether you’re a competitive athlete, weekend, warrior, or just looking to learn about health and wellness – everyone deserves to train like a pro!

Runners! Are you strength training? Did you know that incorporating strength training can not only improve your running economy but also prevent overuse injuries associated with running!

What’s Included:

  • 60-75 minute sessions
  • Access to 6,000 sq ft gym
  • Work with a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist who is also a Doctor of Physical Therapy
  • Golf Specific workouts from a Titleist Performance Level 2 medical Certified trainer
  • Couch to 5k / 10k programs for runners which includes strengthening exercises as well as run workouts
  • Offering in person as well as online programming
