My online and virtual programming is catered to your busy schedule, available equipment, and of course your specific injury. You’ll be doing the same exercises and interventions that I prescribe to my in person clients!
I use a FREE app to deliver personalized exercise programs with video tutorials of me walking you through the movements. Our constant communication and weekly “check ins” are what makes this online programming just as effective as in person rehab! The key is having an individualized program that promotes consistency and adaptability!

For the past few months I’ve had pain in my upper trap and neck which was triggered by movements like HSPU, split/push jerks, and DB thrusters. I came to Dr. Coleman after struggling with a herniated disc for about 2.5 years. I had tried

Dr. Coleman was extremely welcoming and held a lot of space for me to vent my
frustrations and give the full rundown of everything I’d tried. In our initial consultation, he
was able to identify my weaknesses and give me a solid idea of how we could strengthen

In a matter of weeks I was feeling exponentially better and throughout our time together, I
was able to get back to hinging movements (both RDLs and barbell deadlifts from the floor)
and even get under a barbell to squat again after taking years away from that movement in
